MATH WORKSHOP 3 º DE ESO - NIT IES ALBA DE L' NUMBERS Irrational: e, π and Φ.

The number 'e' (Euler Number) is a very famous irrational number. The first decimal places are: 2.7182818284590452353602874713527 .....
This issue is closely linked with the exponential function, f (x) = e x . With the exponential function expressed many real life situations. For example: 1) how to reduce the number of radioactive atoms in a sample are governed by the exponential function. 2) the formula gives the price of a car based in the years since its acquisition and new is also an exponential expression. 3) The amount of carbon 14 in a living organism remains relatively constant. From the moment of death, however, is decreasing by exponential decay as a function of the form:

Q = Q-E 0

Best Homemade Boat Plans

An American in Paris, George Gershwin

Excellent symphonic piece of this American composer, which I had the great pleasure of playing a few years ago.
This work has many changes of pace, some resources of jazz and musical description of the environment that an American visitor can feel when visiting Paris.
Perhaps most striking is the orchestration of the work, using unusual instruments in orchestras, such as horns, saxophones and celesta (similar to piano).
I left her in three fragments, one lackadaisical interpretation of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra.

"The Mission" Ennio Morricone

This is one of the works most famous and successful composer, trumpeter and conductor Ennio Morricone Roman.
This is the soundtrack to the film The Mission. The music is ethereal, simple yet wonderful. Moreover, the work is in total harmony with the movie and can make you travel with the mind to the depths of the South American jungle, where the action unfolds.

itself is Ennio Morricone, who directs the orchestra performer, in the Auditorium Arena di Verona.
A hug to everyone!

Sonata for Piano # 2 (Chopin), Vladimir Horowitz

Are there many friends that I felicitais by this humble space, and many musicians who ask me to no end with the music label.
First I'm flattered, and also happy that there are people who really enjoy my modest musical taste.
Second to thank the people who care, and say that their proposals will not fall musical on deaf ears.

Finally I want to share with you one of the works that I like listening, Sonata # 2 for piano by Frederick Chopin.
As you may have noticed I am a passionate musical romance. In general all the piano sonatas of the Polish genius seem just great.
This particular sonata has four movements:

1-Grave: Doppio movement
The sonata begins with a stormy introduction, turning then to a much warmer second theme, melodic and lyrical. 2-Scherzo

The second movement Scherzo is a majestic and calm with a relaxing melody as the centerpiece.

3-Funeral march: SLOW
Perhaps the best known of the work, no more than listen to the piece and enjoy the feelings it evokes.

4-Finale: Presto
A move faster to complete the sonata, some musicologists believe that this move symbolizes the wind blowing over the graves of stone.

The interpretation is provided by the piano virtuoso Vladimir Horowitz, who was in the White House.
no more ... A greeting

Edward Elgar
approaches and holds out his hand. Smiling very slightly under his mustache, and feeling my doubts, says security that makes timid hope: Book an empire of decrepitude, I will deliver you from hell.

exoficial Hell was a German talking about the back of the Treblinka camp. The extermination of human beings was so efficient that the bodies were stacked in a wall of dozens of meters, days and days. Under the mass of flesh formed a natural vent fluids collected from putrefaction and black and ocher ran to get lost in the fence. Working Jews preferred death to deal with that. An SS man rolls up his shirt and makes a brave ... the shirt is very white. Hell was a young woman covered by a sheet. Age is known by the curve in the portion of cloth that encircles the head, pert. Maybe cry, but I did not hear. So who is holding it away, someone shouts, but not heard, and a dusty stone, irregular body hits the knees. The red spot left by the impact begins to color the sheet as a mold terrified and hinted at in the moist heat or a great pain relief. The sheet is very white, so you can not keep looking. In hell, the pot is greater than ever and can not know how much we talk. I think that this hell is more bearable than a cesspool of teeth or adultery teen open to the bone. But it is mine. Hell Toward the Third Republic!

I decided to do a little reflection on this topic. I think it is a vitally important policy debate in these times.
First a little history, following the resignation of Miguel Primo de Rivera, Alfonso XIII attempted to restore the monarchy to Spain. The image of the corona was very weak because they had supported the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera.
The municipal elections of April 12, 1931 accounted for a large defeat for the English crown. Subsequently on 14 April that year was proclaimed the Second English Republic, setting up in a totally peaceful democracy in Spain. Later
as you know the military coup of Franco struck down the Republic, and channeled to Spain for a long dictatorship.
We come now to the crux of the matter. After Franco's death began a period of transition to democracy culminating in the establishment of a parliamentary monarchy in Spain.

Many of us still believe in Republican values \u200b\u200band we think we only get true democracy when establishing a federal republic and secular
think the crown as an anachronistic institution and totally expendable in our country. Moreover, I do not think democracy the fact that a person who is representing our country will be born in that family. Therefore I see more just a President, elected democratically by the people every so often.
normal I do not see the salary of our monarch, while most of the English suffer from the crisis in our flesh he turns up the salary, and goes to his yacht in Mallorca (and all as a citizen.)
also detest censorship imposed by the crown to the press, violating one of the most important rights from my point of view, Freedom of Expression. Finally launched
few questions for you to reflect on this:
1) Why will someday Queen Leonor of Spain? What have you done that has not made one?
2) If he in fact have a playboy king, how would solve that problem?
3) Where can we lay the English curriculum to qualify for the job?
4) Why in times of crisis the king has increased the salary?

Thank you for sharing this pasodoble k_guevara the Cadiz carnival, whose message comes as a glove to this post.
Cheers

Kol Nidrei Max Bruch

No more hope you enjoy the interpretation of the Orchestra of London.

perlite over the church and the Vatican. Pope Benedict XVI said in his first visit to Africa that condoms, far from being the main weapon in the fight against AIDS, contribute to the spread of disease.
It takes courage to say such atrocities in a continent where more than 6000 people die daily as a result of this sexually transmitted disease.
Clearly, this pack of misfits are still living in the back of society, trying to repress our instincts more basic.
With statements like this every time I am more proud to be wholly unrelated to any dogma or religion

Requiem (Mozart)

I can not hide my admiration for Mozart. And today I want to share with you one of the crowning achievements in the history of the composition. It is a very expressive and full of feelings. It is said that an unknown man visited Mozart and ordered a mass dedicated to death. Mozart thought that the visit was a premonition of his fate, he wrote for his own death. Legend or reality?. The moral turpitude of Bishop Richard Williamson

How infuriate me that in the times in which we live there are still people so retrograde as this monstrosity!. As someone in the XXI century can dare to deny the Holocaust. And as this someone is a Catholic bishop. For my people how are you are completely expendable in our society.
In Germany, Holocaust denial is a crime punishable by imprisonment even. Here in Spain has recently NO.

Lefebvrian Sonata "Pathetique" in C minor, Beethoven

One of the plays that come to me deeply. This is the Beethoven sonata number 8. It consists of three movements.
1 - Grave: This movement evokes feelings dark and shady mitigated by moments of light and clarity. This contrast is something almost magical.

2-Adagio Cantabile.
A movement where the sweetness, softness and beauty, are clearly evident. Is one of those tunes that make you think of how beautiful life is.

3-Rondo: allegro. To complete a movement that emphasized the inventiveness and finesse in their composition. It requires great skill and technique to be interpreted.

Hope you like it, I've heard in an auditorium Krystian Zimerman interpreting. Simply sublime!

Images Of Throat Infections

Damaso Alonso ...

INSOMNIA

Madrid is a city of more than a million dead (according to recent statistics). Sometimes at night I wallow and sit in this niche that 45 years ago that I rot, and spent long hours Hurricane hearing moaning, or barking dogs, or flowing gently in the light of the moon. And I spend long hours as Hurricane moaning, barking like an angry dog, flowing like hot milk from the udder of a large yellow cow. And I spend long hours asking God, asking why my soul slowly rot, rot why more than a million corpses in the city of Madrid, why billions of corpses rotting slowly in the world. Tell me, what garden you want to pay with our decay? Do you fear that you dry the great roses of the day, the sad lethal lilies of your nights? Awesome poem

existential writer and Cervantes prize, Damaso Alonso, clearly influenced by the situation after the war.

Letter Of Request For Disconnection Of

The Lord of the Flies, William Golding

Well, I'll start this section of literature, comment and reflect on many of the books in one way or another I have influenced my behavior, or just dedicate myself to sharing some texts.
For this first entry I decided to reflect on "The Lord of the Flies" by William Golding. A book, which in my view has more than a good plot. The story begins when children are trapped on a desert island without adults. The author tells a story where description interspersed bucolic landscapes, and a carved fable of human nature. It addresses issues such as the need for standards, the danger of savagery, teamwork, and more generally live together in society.
This allegory of human nature, fascinated me. Needless to say it is one book everyone should read.
Regards, if someone wanted to have coffee and talk about this and other books, I think it's great.

In my view, this law is necessary because every year we can see how hunting dogs are hung after the hunting season, and abandoned animals everywhere. Nothing more

started with music on the proposal for the parents of the young Marta del Castillo

"What bad we are when we are afraid!" said Victor Hugo;
and worse still when we let ourselves be carried away by our basest instincts of hate and revenge, all for the promotion of collective passions agitated by a oscena mediá'tica campaign.
I know the suffering that these parents are going through, but I think his pain is being manipulated to order for their children's murderers to life imprisonment. Tomorrow will ask for the death penalty?.
life sentence has no place in our constitution denies the right of a person's reintegration. Currently
vengeful reaction times would return us to that fortunately we have left attrás and would, moreover, a significant devaluation of our democratic system.

Will we ever be morally superior to those criminals?
course, defend penalties hard for these criminals.

14-F "day of love or pure and simple consumerism?

In this special day would like to do a little reflection on this day. For me the 14-F is far more exploitation in terms of marketing, which considers the material gift as a necessity.
This is for two things:
1) The aggressive advertising campaign to encourage supermarkets consumerism.
2) A wide range of people who can not show affection in other ways.
this morning reading the 20 minutes they give away at school was disgusting advertising. To sell based on a clock hearts.

The other side of the circus

express my profound revulsion to any circus animal entertainment offering, then violate their fundamental rights. These are my arguments: 1-
Animals are not made for our entertainment, to teach you have to abuse them, using whips, sticks, causing fear in animals and obey out of fear. I call it cruelty
2-The poor quality of life for circus animals, who spend most of the time bound, or in a transport wagon with few square meters. This suffering shortens the life of the animal and makes hell. As an example, a circus elephant dies at age 15 while their counterparts in the wild about 60.
How do we solve this?, I think it's enough not attend circuses that use animals in their shows. Instead, we can enjoy non-animal circuses and offer fabulous entertainment, and humane.

For freedom of conscience!

The Catholic hierarchy's interference in our political life is intolerable. Your attitude of wanting to impose their model of English society of family, education, moral etc requires my view a response from the public. We must demand a complete separation of church and state. Namely, I radically oppose the funding of churches with public money. And relations with the Vatican. "I think the church is an anachronistic institution, led by ultra-conservative and backward people. This institution has always been opposed to progress, killing, twitching, and shields in fear to manipulate at will. Luckily we are increasingly those who can live free of any God to adore, simply looking for happiness.

"If you miss, you lose everything"

Legend has it that Archimedes designed the cup, on request of their king, with the goal of anyone happen when the wine is served "if you spend, you lose everything," so when someone exceeds the level set in the cup, this was empty and you run out of anything 1 .

If someone was served a fair amount of wine or so, nothing happened, the problem was that when trying to serve more wine because this is out of under the canopy and the person was literally nothing 1.

Physically this occurs by a phenomenon known as siphoning, the same with the pipes running toilets and sinks. Siphon is called a liquid-filled tube, curved in an "inverted U with unequal arms, which produces a current due to the difference in fluid pressure that occupies both branches

explain their role: The pressure in A is the atmospheric "P" less than that caused by the weight of the liquid column "a", the pressure in B is also "P" less than that caused by the weight of the liquid column "b", and you'll see that Pa> Pb 2 .

If it has caused a depression initial tube, and the short end is introduced in a container with liquid will cause the said movement of A.
